Are your sitters trained and background checked?
Yes! Every sitter is background-checked, fully qualified, and experienced. All team members complete extensive training, including pet first aid, CPR, and safety, before they begin sitting.
Do you care for anxious or aggressive pets?
We do! We have sitters who are specially trained to work with anxious, reactive, or aggressive pets. Just let us know at booking so we can match you with the right care provider.
How will I know when my sitter has arrived?
Your sitter will send you a message when they arrive and depart, along with photos and text updates during each visit—so you’re never out of the loop.
Is there an extra charge if my pet needs medication?
Not at all! Medication administration can be included in any visit. Our sitters are trained to give both oral and injectable medications safely and calmly.
Can I book recurring visits weekly or monthly?
Yes! We offer flexible repeat booking options to fit any lifestyle. Just select the repeat feature on your form when booking, and we’ll take it from there.
